  • Champagne & Flowers - $60
  • Daily Maid Service - cost per visit $46 per visit

  • Together with your completed booking form, a non- refundable booking deposit of £100 Sterling / $200 USD per week is due to secure your dates.

  • A refundable security deposit of £100/$200 is to be paid with final balance.

  • Upon receipt of your booking deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance due Eight Weeks before your arrival date.

  • Reservations made within Eight Weeks of your arrival date will require payment in full at time of booking.

  • Bookings of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee.

  • Minimum 3 nights booking

  • Cheques accepted (made payable to "Simon & Mary Hughes").
